We welcome committed individuals to join our coliving community and share the unique spirit of our artistic village house. Stays can range from one month to several, with accommodation options including a cozy private balcony room or a beautifully crafted wooden pod. Our coworking spaces with high-speed fiber internet create the perfect setting for focused work, while daily life in our warm Andalusian village offers authenticity and charm. A flexible rhythm allows plenty of space for your own projects, work flow, and personal dedication, all held within a supportive and inspiring communal atmosphere.
The Resonance Hub ('Casa de Resonancia') is home to a small community, sometimes just two people and up to twelve. Each person or couple rents a private room or pod, with access to all amenities. The atmosphere in the house may be calm and focused at times, lively at others. You will also find connection with a wider community in our friendly village and at the nearby Ecovillage Laboratory, while the intimate coliving areas are reserved for residents.
As the name suggests, the Resonance Hub ("La Casa de Resonancia") is the central connection point where we celebrate our resonance and focus our co-creation. This four-story residence in Yator blends Moorish architecture with contemporary artistic coliving, featuring an open-style design that connects various floors with communal areas, including group hammocks, a community kitchen, coworking spaces, whirlpool, cinema and a top-floor lounge for activities and a thematic library.

The primary objective of the "Resonancia Community" is to cultivate a vibrant, interconnected space of trust, where each individual is encouraged to live authentically. Over our 24-year journey, we have created a living laboratory for communal experience within a natural, ecological, and artistic environment, exploring what truly helps people enter realms of openness, authenticity, and fulfillment.
When you step into the house, you encounter the community kitchen and the dining area. Besides them a lit 40-square-meter coworking space is in preparation. Moving up to the first floor, you enter the protected and interconnected inner community area. This space encompasses three floors, united by an internal patio adorned with spacious communal hammocks. Around this patio, you'll find all private living spaces, together with the individual kitchen for spontaneous individual preparation of food and drinks and the little water temple featuring a whirlpool and a rain shower.

Community can take many forms, yet at its heart it is always about people meaningfully connected, through shared values, supportive relationships, shared space, and a sense of belonging.
Many people immediately associate it with an intentional community, usually understood as a permanent group living together. At Resonancia, our approach is different. While our environment, framework, and shared values are highly intentional, the group itself is fluid. Participation unfolds in waves, sometimes just a few people, sometimes many, always guided by the authentic flow of those who join.
At Resonancia Community we offer an environment where people can flexibly engage in communal life. This makes our space both a welcoming home base for nomads and a place for time-limited explorations into living and creating together.
One central focus of our Coliving environment is to provide a fertile work atmosphere where community members can develop both personal and communal projects. A key aspect is offering well-equipped and comfortable computer workspaces connected to the world via fiber internet.
This approach not only creates a rich environment for personal and professional self-realization and nurturing creative co-creation in many areas, but also serves as a crucial foundation for community members to earn an income within our rural community context. This financial stability allows participants to stay for an appropriate amount of time, fostering deeper connections and embarking on extended transformational journeys together.
Our current coworking space is situated in the well-lit top floor lounge of the Resonance Hub, offering 65 m² of open space with up to 12 workstations, a communal hammock, and panoramic windows. From there, you can access the 30 m² rooftop terrace, which provides additional space to relax, work, and enjoy the mountain and village views.

The Resonance Hub is nestled in the very heart of the exceptionally friendly hamlet of Yator, a traditional white Andalusian mountain village. Witness the local community celebrating their daily togetherness right in front of our house, and you are more than invited to fully join in. Whether you choose to sit on our artistic bench, mingle at the village bar opposite our place, or linger in any of the village's romantic spots, neighbors will approach you with their open and curious spirits.
